Typically made of cotton textile in a stockinette or jersey knit, it has a distinctively pliable texture compared to shirts made of woven cloth. Most modern versions have a body made from a continuously woven tube, produced on a circular loom, such that the torso has no side seams. The manufacture of T-shirts has become highly automated and may include cutting fabric with a laser or a water jet.
“Mike and the team have been doing our shirts for the Silvis Family Run 5k for the past 3 years. The price is reasonable and the quality of the shirts are awesome. Quick and Fast service too. We will always use QC Custom Tees and more as our goto screen printer.”
No need to fret over what to wear to the neighborhood Halloween party. Our “Just Give Me the Damn Candy” design tells ’em you’re there for the chocolate, not the inane chit-chat. And why should the department-store Santas have all the fun? How about an “I’m Not Santa But You Can Sit in My Lap” shirt? It’s a surefire way to spread some holiday cheer (but hopefully not any holiday chlamydia). Everyone needs some new duds for the holidays and no matter what you’re celebrating (Festivus anyone?), we have a shirt that fits. So buy them for yourself. Or buy them for gifts. Just buy ’em!
T-shirts were originally worn as undershirts, but are now worn frequently as the only piece of clothing on the top half of the body, other than possibly a brassiere or, rarely, a waistcoat (vest). T-shirts have also become a medium for self-expression and advertising, with any imaginable combination of words, art and photographs on display.
This is the very final step before your T-shirts come to life. In this stage, we will produce a virtual proof to make sure your product will look exactly how you had it in mind. You will simply have to confirm all the details of the order carefully by responding to our email, and we will move on to production – but if there’s anything that doesn’t quite satisfy you about your order, do not hesitate to tell us: here at Custom Tees we’re always ready to help! Also keep in mind that the faster you approve our virtual proof, the sooner your T-shirts will reach your door!

It’s here. Whether you were ready for it or not, 2018 has arrived and last year is so – well, last year! But before we set our goals and made our resolutions, we took a long look at 2017 to ask ourselves what was great about it. As a business, the answer tends to be all about materials. “How many shirts did we print? How many designs did we do? Wait – we spent how much on this new industrial dryer?!” (That one’s probably just us.) At the end of all these numbers, there’s still this small voice that asks –

Designer Katharine Hamnett, in the early 1980s, pioneered outsize T-shirts with large-print slogans. The early first decade of the 21st century saw the renewed popularity of T-shirts with slogans and designs with a strong inclination to the humorous and/or ironic. The trend has only increased later in this decade, embraced by celebrities, such as Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, and reflected back on them, too (‘Team Aniston’). The political and social statements that T-shirts often display have become, since the first decade of the 21st century, one of the reasons that they have so deeply permeated different levels of culture and society. statements also may be found to be offensive, shocking, or pornographic to some. Examples of T-Shirt stores and designers known for using offensive and shocking messages include T-Shirt Hell and Apollo Braun. Many different organizations have caught on to the statement-making trend, including chain and independent stores, websites, and schools.

In 1959, the invention of plastisol provided an ink more durable and stretchable than water-based ink, allowing much more variety in T-shirt designs. Very few companies continue to use water-based inks on their shirts. The majority of companies that create shirts prefer plastisol due to the ability to print on varying colors without the need for color adjustment at the art level.
In order to achieve the smoothest possible custom T-shirt order, we have some advice. Place your order with a generous amount of time before the date you need your shirts by, as Entripy works with you at your convenience to make sure you are receiving exactly what you want. Have an idea of your logo or design beforehand: we are here to help but the final decisions are made by you. Make sure you know the quantity of each shirt size that you want to order. You don’t want to order 100 large-sized shirts that will only fit 40 people. Arrange your artwork and budget according to the type of custom printing or custom embroidery that you are using. The price of digital printing on custom T-shirts does not change based on the number of colours in your logo or design, but the price of screen printing does. Ensure that you are ordering the right material of shirt for your function. Cotton may work best for school uniforms but moisture-wicking or a poly-cotton blend may work better for sports teams. Please make sure you let us know about any last-minute adjustments to your order. We want to give you the best possible customer experience and that includes accommodating any modifications that you should require.
