Order Processing
All T-shirt orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Mugs require additional production time and are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed 7 days a week, including weekends, to ensure timely fulfillment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times and Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. After processing, most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take 7-10 business days due to carrier delays or other logistical challenges.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. AmericanTees.US is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, and we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for orders that do not arrive within the estimated delivery window. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at Contact@AmericanTees.US, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Mug Orders
Mug purchases are shipped separately from T-shirt orders due to their production requirements. After the 2-3 business day processing period, mugs ship within the same 4-6 business day delivery window noted above (up to 7-10 business days in rare cases).
Remote, Rural, and Peak Period Deliveries
Delivery times may be longer for remote or rural locations (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or areas with limited carrier access) or during peak periods such as holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s). In these cases, we will provide an updated estimated delivery date via email and keep you informed of your order’s status. Carrier Information
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your orders securely. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. AmericanTees.US is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers during transit. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for updates on delayed or missing packages.
International Shipping
At this time, AmericanTees.US only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us at Contact@AmericanTees.US to discuss potential options for future availability.
Force Majeure
AmericanTees.US is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or carrier disruptions. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays and provide an updated delivery estimate.
